 2.  Facility mapping, either from satellite or air.

 3.  Collecting maps and plans of various types of infrastructure, such as:

• Wastewater and sewage
• Telecommunication
• Electricity and gas
• Drinking water pipelines and pumping stations
• Agriculture and landscaping irrigation systems
• Sanitation and waste collection

4.    Review and approval of the data, by the key principles.

5.    Computing and compiling of the various infrastructure layers into a uniformed integrated

      system.
